DELIVERY & RETURNS

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS
If you have ordered the Limited Edition Gold/Silver sweatshirt on Pre-order, this will ship Nov 22nd. The Leopard/Silver Glitter ships Nov 26th. Any other items in the same order will ship at the same time, we are not able to split an order. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order ships.

 

XMAS GIFTS - EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD
Any clothing items purchased between November 14th  and Dec 25th may be returned up until Jan 10th 2020. A credit note will be issued allowing you to choose a replacement item. Please contact us on hello@picklelondon.com for a GIFT RETURN FORM.

 

DISCOUNT CODES
Occasionally we will offer promo discount codes, these can only be used once per customer ( the system will reject if you try to use the same code twice or if it has expired).
Codes cannot be combined; only one code at a time can be used per order,  and the code must be input at the checkout stage before you complete payment.
If you forget input the code during checkout,  sorry but we are not able to apply, backdate or refund any missed discounts once your order is in the system.

 

DELIVERY
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. During very busy times like Sale and New Launches there may be a 1 or 2 day delay. Orders after 1pm will go out the following working  day.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
UK - Delivery costs are £3.95 per order, but we’ll give you Free p&p for orders over £60!!
Orders are sent by via Royal Mail 2nd Class postal service so please allow 2-4 working days to receive your order. Sometimes delays can mean it is up to 7 days before royal mail deliver, so please don't chase until 7 days have expired.

UK-Next Day Delivery is £6.95. And sent via DPD.
  UK MAINLAND ONLY ( does not include Jersey, Guernsey, Highlands & Islands or IOM).  Orders must be placed before 1pm , Monday to Thursday only.  Orders placed before 1pm on a Friday are delivered Monday. There is no Saturday delivery from DPD. You will be emailed a tracking code once your parcel has been processed by the courier. UK Mainland only and does not include IOM, Channel Islands or Highlands & Islands.


EUROPE - Delivery costs are £11.95 per order.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Please expect your goodies to be delivered an estimated 10-12 working days from your order date. We cannot be responsible for packages returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete foreign addresses, so please check the address you input very carefully.

WORLDWIDE ( Non UK or Europe)  - Delivery costs are £14.95 per order.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked service and are subject to any necessary customs processing. Therefore please expect your goodies to be delivered an estimated 15-16 working days from your order date.
(Please note that Pickle London do not accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom.)
We cannot be responsible for packages returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete foreign addresses, so please check the address you input very carefully.



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Item not quite right for you?
No problem! For a refund or size exchange, please return within 14 days of the date of despatch, to the address below.

Items must be unwashed, unworn and in perfect, resale condition with the swing tag still attached and the original despatch note, with the Returns information completed as directed on your Returns Form.
Please note that if it is outside 14 days, or an item has been washed, worn, has strong perfume smells or make up staining, the item will not be eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned to you at your cost.

The customer is responsible for the postage to return the item to us. We recommend using a recorded postal service as Pickle London are not liable for any items that go missing en route back to us.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 7 working days of receipt. You will then receive either a refund confirmation OR, for exchanges, a new shipping notification, by email. All refunds credited are back to the method you paid with, within 7 working days of receipt, however your payment provider may then take additional time after our confirmation email reaches you to show this refund on your account, which we cannot control.

FAULTS
Occasionally there may be a fault on an item that our QC checks have missed.
If so, please email us, within 14 days of purchase to ( hello @ Picklelondon.com ) with your order number, a clear photograph of the fault, and details of the problem. We will then work to resolve the issue right away.
Please note: Our warehouse cannot receive back any faulty returns that have not been pre-approved by us, so you must contact us first, with photos, for an approval code.
EXCHANGES
We can only exchange for the exact same item in another size. The replacement item/size, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge (once per customer- UK ONLY).

Sorry but we cannot offer free shipping for any international exchanges and would require the customer to pay shipping costs for replacement item.
Please use the form that comes with your order to mark your exchange request.
