Shipping, Returns & FAQ's

UPDATE  - COVID-19
We are still shipping your orders as normal, whilst still ensuring our team remains safe. Your package may take longer than usual to reach you, due to  current circumstances, as Royal Mail are taking longer than usual to deliver.
We are unable to chase Royal Mail until 14 working days from date of despatch have passed. 
We have extended our Returns period until  14 days after the official end of the lockdown term.
We will of course continue to  review this as needed to ensure you have plenty of time to make a return.
Exchanges & Returns:  please now allow up to 10 days from us receiving your parcel for it to be processed,  as our warehouse are operating on a reduced staffing.

CHANGES TO ORDERS
Please note that once your order is placed and in the system, we are unable to make any changes to it. Our fulfilment house picks and packs round the clock to ensure a speedy despatch. If you need to return or exchange sizes this can be done using the Returns Form once you receive your order.
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchanges & Returns: please now allow up to 10 days from us receiving your parcel for it to be processed, as our warehouse are operating on a reduced staffing. 

Items must be unwashed, unworn and in perfect, resale condition with the swing tag still attached and the original despatch note, with the Returns information completed as directed on your Returns Form.
If an item has been washed, worn, has strong perfume smells, cat hair or make up staining, the item will not be eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned to you at your cost. The cost of the goods will be refunded, original postage is not refundable. 

The customer is responsible for the postage to return the item to us. We recommend using a Signed For, recorded postal service as Pickle London are not liable for any items that go missing en route back to us.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 10 working days of receipt. You will then receive either a refund confirmation OR, for exchanges, a new shipping notification, by email. All refunds credited are back to the method you paid with, within 10 working days of receipt, however your payment provider may then take additional time after our confirmation email reaches you to show this refund on your account, which we cannot control.

We can only exchange for the exact same item in another size. The replacement item/size, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge (once per customer- UK ONLY).

Sorry but we cannot offer free shipping for any international exchanges and would require the customer to pay shipping costs for replacement item.
Please use the form that comes with your order to mark your exchange request.

As a small business, it costs us a considerable amount in warehouse fees to process every returned item. We therefore retain the right to reject and refund any orders placed by any customers we believe to be abusing our returns policy.

DISCOUNT CODES
Occasionally we will offer promo discount codes, these can only be used once per customer ( the system will reject if you try to use the same code twice or if it has expired).
PROMO T&C's
Codes and automatic offers cannot be combined; only one code/offer at a time can be applied/redeemed per order, and any required code must be input at the checkout stage before you complete payment.
If you forget input the code during checkout, sorry but we are not able to apply, backdate or refund any missed discounts once your order is in the system.
If you choose to return any items that were purchased as part of a promotion (i.e Buy any 2, get 20% off your order), and by returning part of your order your remaining total means you no longer qualify for the original discount, the value of the discount will be deducted from any refunds due. i.e if you return 1 of the 2 items, you have therefore only purchased 1 item, at full price, so the discount you received will be deducted from any refund due.

 

DELIVERY
Please note, at present, we are unable to ship to BFPO addresses, please use an alternative UK standard address if available.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. During very busy times like Sale and New Launches there may be a 1 or 2 day delay. Orders after 1pm will go out the following working day.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
UK - Delivery costs are £3.95 per order, but we’ll give you Free p&p for orders over £60!!
Orders are sent by via Royal Mail 2nd Class postal service so please allow 2-4 working days to receive your order. Sometimes delays can mean it is up to 7 days before royal mail deliver, so please don't chase until 7 days have expired.

EUROPE - Delivery costs are £11.95 per order.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Please expect your goodies to be delivered an estimated 10-12 working days from your order date. We cannot be responsible for packages returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete foreign addresses, so please check the address you input very carefully.

WORLDWIDE ( Non UK or Europe) - Delivery costs are £14.95 per order.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked service and are subject to any necessary customs processing. Therefore please expect your goodies to be delivered an estimated 15-16 working days from your order date.
(Please note that Pickle London do not accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom.)
We cannot be responsible for packages returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete foreign addresses, so please check the address you input very carefully.

FAULTS
Occasionally there may be a fault on an item that our QC checks have missed.
If so, please email us, within 28 days of purchase to ( hello @ Picklelondon.com ) with your order number, a clear photograph of the fault, and details of the problem. No faults can be processed outside this 28 day period. Claims beyond 28 days,  or if the item has been washed, will be considered general wear and tear.
Please note: Our warehouse cannot receive back any faulty returns that have not been pre-approved by us, so you must contact us first, with photos, for an approval code.
