RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Item not quite right for you?
No problem! For a refund or size exchange, please return within 14 days of the date of despatch, to the address below.
( SALE ITEMS: In order to keep sale prices so low, we cannot offer free exchanges on sale items. A shipping fee of £3.95 will be due if you wish to exchange sizes on a SALE purchase).
If you received the item as a gift, we will require some of the original order info on order to process , so please contact us for a GIFT RETURNS FORM.
Items must be unwashed, unworn and in perfect, resale condition with the swing tag still attached and the original despatch note, with the Returns information completed as directed on your Returns Form.
Please note that if it is outside 14 days, or an item has been washed, worn, has strong perfume smells, cat hair or make up staining, the item will not be eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned to you at your cost. The cost of the goods will be refunded, original postage is not refundable.
The customer is responsible for the postage to return the item to us. We recommend using a Signed For, recorded postal service as Pickle London are not liable for any items that go missing en route back to us.
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 7 working days of receipt. You will then receive either a refund confirmation OR, for exchanges, a new shipping notification, by email. All refunds credited are back to the method you paid with, within 7-10 working days of receipt, however your payment provider may then take additional time after our confirmation email reaches you to show this refund on your account, which we cannot control.
We can only exchange for the exact same item in another size. The replacement item/size, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge (once per customer- UK ONLY).
Sorry but we cannot offer free shipping for any international exchanges and would require the customer to pay shipping costs for replacement item.

As a small business, it costs us a considerable amount in warehouse fees to process every returned item. We therefore retain the right to reject and refund any orders placed by any customers we believe to be abusing our returns policy.

Occasionally there may be a fault on an item that our QC checks have missed.
If so, please email us, within 28 days of purchase to ( hello @ Picklelondon.com ) with your order number, a clear photograph of the fault, and details of the problem. No faults can be processed outside this 28 day period. Claims beyond 28 days, or if the item has been washed, will be considered general wear and tear.
Please note: Our warehouse cannot receive back any faulty returns that have not been pre-approved by us, so you must contact us first, with photos, for an approval code.
