How Long Do We Keep Your Information

Under UK Tax Law, we are required to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years, after which time it will be destroyed. The information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive marketing emails.

Pickle London Ltd. is a Limited company registered in England and Wales; company number 11320663 Pickle London Ltd is Registered for VAT - Vat Reg 305669395 n.b Any invoices dated pre 1 November 2018 may have indicated that VAT was charged on products, however this was not the case and no VAT was charged within the sales price. From Nov 1st 2018 onwards, all sales prices were inclusive of VAT.
