UPDATE - COVID-19

We are still shipping your orders as normal, whilst still ensuring our team remains safe. Your package may take longer than usual to reach you, due to current circumstances. UK Royal Mail are taking longer than usual to deliver, so please allow up to 7 working days before chasing. International parcels are still experiencing severe delays to some countries, so please allow up to several weeks for international orders.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Sorry, but once your order is placed and in the system, we are unable to make any changes to it, or combine any orders, as our speedy fulfilment house picks and packs round the clock to ensure a quick despatch.

If you need to return or exchange sizes once you receive your order,  this can be done using the Returns Form included in your parcel.

OOPS I FORGOT TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE

Sorry, but we are not able to apply, backdate or refund any missed discounts once your order is in the system, so please take extra care to check any discount code has been applied before you complete your purchase.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are usually shipped the same day.

Orders after 1pm will go out the following working day. As soon as your order has shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email.

During very busy times like Sale and New Launches there may be a 1 or 2 day delay.

Your package may take longer than usual to reach you, due to the current circumstances, as Royal Mail and International Couriers are taking longer than usual to deliver.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

UK - Delivery costs are £3.95 per order, but we’ll give you Free p&p for orders over £60!!

Orders are sent by via Royal Mail 2nd Class postal service so please allow 2-4 working days to receive your order. Sometimes delays happen, so please don't chase until 7 working days have expired.

*COVID - ROYAL MAIL HAS RECENTLY HUGELY INCREASED THEIR PRICES FOR INTERNATIONAL PARCELS. THE PRICES BELOW SIMPLY REFLECT THIS AND ARE  ACTUALLY LESS THAN THE PRICE WE HAVE TO PAY!

WORLDWIDE ( Non UK or Europe) - Delivery costs are £16.95 per order.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked service and are subject to any necessary customs processing. Therefore please expect your goodies to be delivered an estimated 15-16 working days from your order date.

DUTY & TAXES (Please note that Pickle London do not accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom.)
We cannot be responsible for packages returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete foreign addresses, so please check the address you input very carefully.

DO YOU DELIVER TO BFPO ADDRESSES?

Our fulfilment partner has informed us that we are currently unable to ship to BFPO addresses, sorry. Please use an alternative UK standard address if available.

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

You sure can! Just return to us within 14 days of receiving your goods (as per the date shown on the postal tracking link). Be sure to complete and  include the Returns Form that came with your order. Lost it? CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD RETURNS FORM

As Pickle London is a small business, it will be your responsibility to pay the cost of return postage. We recommend using a Signed For, recorded postal service as we are not liable for any items that go missing en route back to us.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 days for it to be processed, as our warehouse are currently operating on a reduced staffing. 

As soon as your return has been processed you will receive an email confirming your refund or exchange.

Items must be unwashed, unworn and in perfect, resale condition with the swing tag still attached - any soiled goods ( including make-up stains, cat hair etc)  will be rejected by our warehouse and the goods will be returned to you at your cost.

As a small business, it costs us a considerable amount in warehouse fees to process every returned item. We therefore retain the right to reject and refund any orders placed by any customers we believe to be abusing our returns policy.

The cost of the goods will be refunded, original postage is not refundable. 

Your payment provider may take additional time after our confirmation email reaches you to show the refund on your account, which we cannot control.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDER?

Yes, by following the Returns process above. Just note on the Returns Form which size you would like to exchange for.

We can only exchange for the exact same item in another size.  If you would like a totally different item, please request a refund and place a new order for the alternative item.

We won’t charge you postage again for sending your size exchange – it will be shipped to you free of charge (once per customer- UK ONLY).

Sorry, we are unable to offer free exchanges on International orders, only refunds.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT IN THE SALE OR PROMOTION?

In order to keep SALE prices so low, we can’t provide free exchanges on Sale items, only a refund or credit note. Just follow the Returns process above to return within 14 days.

If you choose to return any items that were purchased as part of a promotion (i.e Buy any 2, get 20% off your order), you may no longer qualify for the original discount, so the value of the discount will be deducted from any refunds due.

i.e With a ‘Buy any 2, get 20% off Your Order’ Promotion: If you returned 1 of the 2 items, you have therefore only purchased 1 item ( which would not have qualified for any discount). Therefore the full discount you initially received will be deducted from any refund due on the returned items. Your refund will be the total you paid for both items, less the full retail price of the item you keep.

This is to discourage the ordering of extra items to qualify for a discount then returning them.

DISCOUNT CODES FAQ

Occasionally we will offer promo discount codes. These can only be used once per customer

( the system will reject if you try to use the same code twice or if it has expired).

Codes and automatic offers cannot be combined; only one code/offer at a time can be applied/redeemed per order, and any required code must be input at the checkout stage before completing payment.

If you forget input the code during checkout, sorry but we are not able to apply, backdate or refund any missed discounts once your order is in the system. We appreciate this is frustrating, but we simply cannot make any changes to orders once you have placed them.

WHERE DO I SEND MY GOODS BACK TO?

Please be sure to check our Returns Terms above, and complete a Returns Form, before returning any items (any Faulty items will require an approval code, see above.) Then send to:

OOPS I'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

Oops, sorry! The humans that pick and pack your orders are pretty amazing, but occasionally they might make a mistake and pack the wrong item.

Just drop us an email with your original Order Number, and details of what item you received, and we will arrange to fix the problem right away.

And we will, of course, pay for the cost of sending the item back to us!

ARRGH MY ITEM HAS A FAULT

Sorry! Occasionally there may be a fault on an item that our QC checks have missed.

If so, please Email us ( hello – @ – picklelondon.com )  within 28 days of purchase, with your order number, a clear photograph of the fault, and details of the problem.

No faults can be processed outside this 28 day period. Claims beyond 28 days,  or if the item has been washed, will be considered general wear and tear.

Please note: Our warehouse cannot receive back any faulty returns that have not been pre-approved by us, so you must contact us first, with photos, for an approval code.

WASHING & CARE

HOW DO I WASH MY SWEATS, TEES OR LEGGINGS

The get the best out of your printed sweats and tees, please always turn them inside out and wash no higher than 30 degrees, and avoid tumble drying.

This helps avoid any bobbling  too!

Always iron on the reverse to protect the printed design!
